Sgeir an teampuill
THE ISLE OF LISMORE COLLECTION.
Handcrafted in a small, one man workshop on the Isle of Lismore.
Sgeir (semi submerged rock) an Teampuill sits just off the Isle of Bernera, below a high cliff on the seaward approach to Achinduin Castle. The large rock has very little vegetation and is a favourite of the local seal population. On a good day you can sit looking down from the cliff watching the seals lounging on the rock and swimming in the crystal-clear waters.
