THE ISLE OF LISMORE COLLECTION
Barely high enough out the sea to grow a couple of large patches of rough grass, Dubh Sgeir (semi submerged reef) is a 400m long rock that today helps protect a fish farm from the worst of the South Westerly weather and not much more. If we look further back in time, the rock sat at the seaward entrance to the old settlement of Port Aoinais which is now no more than a group of crumbling ruins.
